The US Department of State has approved the deal for Kuwait. The deal will result in Kuwait getting medium-range missiles. The Pentagon also says that the deal will also help US national security, while Kuwait will be able to secure its own security from rogue elements in its own territory.

With the help of this system, it will be able to create compatibility with other Gulf countries regarding the defense system that the US is also using in the region or is being used by the Gulf countries.

It has also been stated by the Pentagon that Kuwait is spending on defense needs for its integrity.  As a result, its borders will be secured and its energy infrastructure will be more robust. This US approval for Kuwait has been possible in less than a month.  Within the same month, the United States announced the training of M1A2 Abrams tanks for Kuwait and $250 million worth of tank shells.
